Kondapally Forgings has comprehensive mechanical testing facilities that include impact testing, tensile testing and non-destructive testing. The organization uses the most advanced equipment such as ultrasonic testing and specialized dye penetrate and magnetic particle technique.

Heat Treatment

Our in-house Heat Treat Capabilities enhance the total control over the manufacture of quality forgings. The facility is capable of most of the required operations for our in house production, and has performed various requirements for specific heat treat needs for our customer base and specific industry requirements
